If your new item doesn't fit well, you may exchange it for the same product in a different size as long as:
- You received it within the past 7 days
- The new desired size is currently available in stock
- Your item is unworn and unwashed, still in perfect condition and still with the original packaging and tags
If your item qualifies for an exchange, you will not be charged a return fee or restocking fee. However, you'll have to pay for shipping back to our warehouse using registered mail and provide us with the tracking number.
Exclusions to Exchanges
We cannot accept exchanges in the following scenarios:
- For items purchased on clearance, sale or discount (unless faulty or significantly misrepresented)
- If you have simply changed your mind
- Replacement products

Returns for refunds are not permitted for any reason.
